• Critical and detailed Analysis of weekly revenues / performance by Market Segments and Sub-Service Lines and reporting exceptions to the Leadership
• Summarizing action points from the various meetings / following with up with the concerned team members in completing / achieving the task

a. Operational KPIs, Profitability and Margins / Costing
b. Outstanding Receivables

• Coordinating and communicating with the Engagement Teams for ensuring proper revenue recognition and expense management
• Preparing analysis and findings for Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews
• Preparing presentations to be used by the Leadership during Quarterly and Annual Reviews and various meetings
• Understand and deliver data requirements from Partners

• Primary sole contact for the Profitability reporting and analysis for Wealth Management regions to WM CFO
• Worked on regulatory reporting on monthly basis while co-working with AWM team to load key metrics for products and regional stakeholders across US/APAC/EMEA and LatAm
• Prepared monthly management reporting like P&Ls that are reviewed by regional CFOs and respective market managers
• Ensuring internal controls are followed effectively to assure reliability of financial reports Responsible for month end Business unit reporting & analytics involving financials like Revenue, expenses and other Key Performance indicators at Market/ Team level
• Work on the periodic Planning and Budgeting process for Wealth Management revenue products across US/APAC/EMEA/LATAM regions
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboard for the review of senior management Understanding and applying the various methods of Expense Allocation – Driver Based, Contribution based at Market / Team levels
• Participated and supported FP&A projects and drive standardization and improvement of processes to generate efficiency
• Responsible for country level reporting for corporate consumption at the Gross and Net margin level
• Responsible for reporting the monthly Executive Management Deck including all the business drivers for WM CFO to support the business performance analysis
• Generating and analyzing WM Org Hierarchy at lowest level to be used for SAS Cost & Profitability Model
