• Doing 3 way and 2 way matching to ensuring all invoices are properly checked and booked for the payments
• Applied proper codes to invoices, files, and receipts to keep records organized and easily searchable.
• Maintained 100% accuracy while processing any worth of payments.
• Registered transactions and data on accounting database to track history and safeguard information.
• Attending meetings to improve the skills and communication Process the difficulty invoices in timely
• Responsible for verifying the authenticity and accuracy of invoices raised, processing payments in accordance with company policies timely and accurately
• Communication with team leader and resolution of queries, Take responsibility to guide the new processors and clarify their doubts
• Doing month-end closing activity and close the accounts of current month and open next month period for transfer the accounts to next month
• pulling the create accounting report , Invalid report and readiness check report for checking the errors and before at the time of MEC
• supporting to the manager for issue resolving
