• Prepare project schedule and track
• Attending the client meeting, preparing the MOM, and briefing all staff on the meeting afterwards.

• Long lead item tracking, sample approval taken from client.
• Preparation of the mitigation plan, raising the RFI, and answering the NCR.
• Coordinate with client, architects, and internal departments.

Cost Monitoring-

• Daily cost monitoring through Daily duty slip and daily consumption slip
• Preparing a reconciliation report and making a profit/loss report.
• Checking all MRN quantity and specification with basic rate comparison, if any deviation is observed, then getting escalation approval from the client.
• Find out the extra items or deviated item, and get approval for the rate from client
• Make extra items, submit them to the client with a rate analysis, and get them approved.
• Finalize all sub-vendor rate for all activities
• Preparing all sub-vendor bills with payment recommendations.
• Preparation of new work BOQ with rate analysis and approval from client (finishing items such as BBM, Plaster, Painting, Tiling, CP and sanitary, false ceiling, etc.)

• Providing training and support from HO to all planning engineers
• Preparing reconciliation and Profit/loss report for multiple projects
• Monitoring, checking, and providing a brief summary to management for all sites WPR and MPR.

Quality Responsibilities:

• Preparation of a Quality assurance plan, Preparation of Work method statement as per BOQ specification, and getting approval from PMC.

Planning Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the project schedule and tracking
• Maintaining the drawing register, issuing GFC drawings, and collecting obsolete drawings.
