To understand the loan documentation from agent bank for participated deals in LIQ
To validate and approve all type of transactions in LIQ for the team
To process new drawdown as per agent bank notice
To renew all loans to the next maturity date as per the agent bank notice
To process Base/Prime drawdown request as per agent bank notice
Collecting and processing fee , interest and other charges
I use to work on DAM SAR application where all the need to push all the maturing loans into LIQ
I use to allocate the work to the team and need to check the EOD status in Loan IQ and DAM SAR
To prepare KPI’s for the team and explain to client about target numbers and deliverables

To monitor suspense , cash breaks , past dues and other indicators for the team and set the targets as per client expectations

To settle buy and sell trade with the help of clear par document and funding memo from circles.
To setup SSI emotion with client BDR as per agent remittance instructions in the system
To reconcile the SG book with agent whenever there is mismatch from the both the books and analyze the issue

UBS borrows securities from street vendors and to lend external clients to cover the short positions
As a collateral team our major responsibility is to cover appropriate collateral for the new borrows as well as for the existing borrows
Handling daily mark to market for U.S and London securities
Agreeing exposure with cash settlements on new borrows as well as existing borrows
