  • Proactively identifying issues and being agile in finding solutions by collaborating with various stakeholders in the business.

Achievements

  • Inventory management which includes Inventory allocation and driving productivity for Complaint Analyst level, NLP (Natural Language Processing), Program level (Business Self Testing) and SMRT (Social Media Response Team) closer.
  • Automate NLP validation file which reduce lot of manual efforts and human errors.
  • Created Qualtrics form for all the functions and adjusting it per business requirements plus suggestions from the team.
  • Created Complaints Overview deck and lead it with the collaboration of other team members which includes trends & analysis, brainstorming, frequently used ECCO articles, testing procedures and recommendations which resulted in a very insightful refresher session with teams.
  • Created a Gap to Goal tracker for the team which help in tracking the team performance on real time basis.
