• Managing the team in the absence of Team Leaders.
• Preparation of reports such as daily report and error reports.
• Training new joiners regarding process.
• Conducting Weekly meeting with new joiners in terms of error discussion.

• Updating berthing and sailing date of the vessel in system.
• Updating landing & loading movement in system.
• Updating the excel database.
• Maintaining FTR & IPR Reports.
• Resolving Illogical Movements.
• Creating Booking.
• Extraction of EDI CTM error file from OPUS and clearance of all errors.
• Correct/Update EDI Errors with resolutions.
• Reconcile the VL / VD moves.
• Sending Reports to Managements on daily and weekly basis.
• Managing New Joiners with process Training.
• Handling Team Volume and ensuring completion in TAT.
