Collateral Banking Operations

  • Handling collateral day to day operations of the bank as following
  • Monitoring various SOD reports like, MTM swing, IA swing, EMC, L3 Dispute, Credit Risk

  • Issuing demand Acadia and non-Acadia margin calls to all the counterparties
  • Liaising with trade support/Credit officer for validation of the agreements that are reported as part of MTM/IA swings and IA to make sure the margin calls are issued before cut off time
  • Ensuring timely escalations of any issues around the margin call confirmation so that management can take an appropriate decision to resolve the issues
  • Responding to client margin calls on email or Acadia and booking the pledges on our collateral system
  • Doing Reconciliation between collateral system and payment system to ensure no fails
