Leading the pre-construction of a university project and progress & quality management services for a real estate developer as a PMC lead.

• Preparation of site logistics.
• Preparation of tender documents for various work packages.

• Supporting the bidding team in preparation of the RFP response for new Projects.
• Generating business leads for new projects and extending the service delivery portfolio with existing clients.
• Raising invoices and making follow-up for payments.

• Lead the construction delivery of luxury high rise residential development as a Project Manager.
• Responsible for preparation of pre-contracts documents and ensuring the timely award of work packages for a mixed use commercial development project.

• Leading the execution at this Project as a Package Manager wherein I was responsible for administrating the contract of various works packages from the start of the package till handing over.

• Leading the construction of one Tower in this role where in I was responsible for reviewing the works executed by the Contractor at Site and resolving all issues of the Contractor related to Site execution.

• Reporting to the Project Manager in day-to-day activities relating to project execution, design coordination, planning and Project monitoring & leading a team of site engineers in efficiently managing the overall site execution work.

• Responsible for site inspections on daily basis of the work executed by contractor's i.e., building layouts, reinforcement, shuttering, BBS, brickwork, plastering work etc.

• Responsible for leading a team of sub-contractors for the execution of work at site as per the drawings.

• Responsible for overall completion of fit-out work of pathological labs in all respect.

• Responsible for overall completion of fit-out work of Godrej Adhaar Retail outlets.
