KCI ServiceMax is a cloud-native application with integration on Kafka with various services. The Genesis Golden Gate services, being the outbound, send data to our application, which is pushed to our Kafka topics by our APIs. The consumers collect all the data and push it to SFDC, providing solutions for legacy modernization and digital onboarding.
