• Working on design aspects of Acquisition projects for Citi APAC & EMEA region
• Enhancing customer experience for new to bank & existing to bank customers for seamless Application Journey
• Working with control functions on various aspects of risks involved in the digital projects and putting right controls around it.
• Getting the trademark & Legal approvals obtained for the projects before the deployment dates defined for each quarter

• Identifying and Mitigating risks in the business.
• Deploying controls around any form of risk in the day to day operations.
• Testing the controls at regular intervals to gauge the effectiveness of the control.
• Managing Internal, Client and Third party audits such as RCSA, TPISA, KPMG, IQMS, CITI Audit, etc,.

• Handling inbound calls of SBI Credit card customers and addressing their needs.
• Cross selling the Loan & Insurance products for eligible customers
