• Efiling is a platform used by clients to submit their Tax filing to HMRC
• The platform consumes Tax deadlines from several integrated products like Template Manager and usually serves UK clients
• My role here is to manage backlog, refine backlog and run planning sessions as a Business Analyst
• Also, I manage communication with different business teams and clients

Obligation Template Manager : May 2019-Present

• Obligation template manager is a Tax deadline calculation tool that has deadline calculation logics for the Tax filing and payment deadlines
• I act as a Product Owner for this product and responsible for the new requirements and managing the communication with business stakeholders

Abstraction Layer : November 2021-June 2022

• Abstraction layer is a platform that acts a middle layer between multiple integrated platforms
• The platform has no user interface as its mainly used as data sync tool from Parent tool to child tools
• My role was to understand the data flow and properties used in Abstraction Layer that gets published to different consuming applications

VAT Return Filer : April 2020-November 2021

• VAT Return Filer was a tool that I worked on that was used by different clients to file their VAT returns and submission of it to HMRC
• It deals with UK clients and Indirect Tax Processes

Embarkation Application

The Embarkation application was cruise line specific application that was developed for embarking the guests on the ships. I was working on this enterprise solution as a Business Analyst that was used by Norwegian cruise line, Disney cruise and Virgin Voyages.

Drools

Worked on a rule engine to define various business rules using drools platform
