  • Organizing with cross-functional team for the multiple aspects of Learning management system solutions and requirements of business analyze
  • Providing insights from various product market survey and optimizing the system functionalities for the effective results by improving LMS strategies
  • Developing RFP and RFI responses and presentations for each customer based on their specific requirements
  • From the RFP selection, I am the person who will be providing the extensive support for a demo presentation which includes, Data setup and Input details of each customer to the sales team
  • By the approval of a satisfied demo presentation to the customer, we need to submit the sandbox environments
  • Therefore, I am the responsible to create the sandbox environments and user guides to every customer
  • Leading a four members team to compile Demo and RFP team production reports on monthly and weekly basis, also maintenance reports for the product environment, including configuration and notification reports
  • Handling Agile in full-time and Waterfall methodologies in needed terms of my support and also Jira tools to manage product development which includes bug-free demo environments for business solutions
  • As well as, raising and tracking issue tickets until it's resolved
  • On a monthly basis, testing and troubleshooting the entire LMS & LXP system after deploying issue fixes
  • And also, manually test the product functionality, regression, and performance testing for each customer before the demo presentation
  • Validating the third-party course content, like SCORM, xAPI, and Articulate 360, within the product for specific customers
  • Creating and executing MySQL scripts for data modification and maintaining the database for each customer
  • Supporting to the implementation team in validating the data and KYC configuration for the customer data migration
  • For business improvement, developing a data visualization report using Power BI, utilizing data from the monthly demo and RFP project reports
  • Managing critical demo project presentations to resolve issues successfully and ensure time delivery.
