  • End -to - End knowledge in cards and disputes and resolution
  • Managing Daily Operational Activities Accurately within the TAT
  • Being a part of Fraud and Claim Management department, we perform day to day activities of Investigating Fraud and Non-Fraud of VISA Debit Card and ACH Transactions
  • Work according with the policy and procedures set by REG-E and NACHA Guidelines
  • Detect fraudulent activities and communicate through the appropriate channels
  • Verify transactions with client data and taking appropriate action
  • Deep understanding on different types of regulations like Reg E,Reg Z
  • Worked on Unauthorized, Revocation, Double Posting, Miscellaneous scenario claims
  • Analyzing and preparing the summary of charge backs and refunds
  • Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation

  • Reviewing and verifying all interest and fees that have been charged to the customer and reversing the valid one to the Customer Account

  • As we are from dynamic process we will be deals with different types of LOBs
  • If required will be reach out to onshore partners to escalate Rare scenarios
