• Establishing concepts and integrating geometry robustness in the product (robust Tolerancing at part, subassembly, and assembly level) and process.
• Statistical follow up for dimensional convergence during development, and stability during production phase.
• Delivering the prerequisites and balanced geometry to meet the product aesthetical, functional and mountability demands considering technology developments and manufacturing requirements.
• Deliver the GAE inputs to concept development during pre-study.
• Evaluating alternative concepts for GAE robustness, suggesting the changes in the concept, defining measurement protocols for suppliers & develop physical verification plan during concept study.
• Ensuring cross functional agreements and consistently ascertaining GAE deliverables are met during the entire project scope at each gateway and analyzing the conflicts with respect to demand and recommending the solutions.
• Below are the GAE Deliverables which are created by using RDnT software:
• Pre Tolerancing-document, which captures the component datum targets and GD&T callouts.
• Measurement Points document, which captures feature points on components for which measurement will be done and reported.
• Gap & Flush document, which captures nominal values with tolerances of gap and flush requirements for different interfaces in truck LIVING area.
• Performing Clerance and attachment variation studies to define feature sizes and clearance between the interfaces.
• Performing Product PPAP activities based on supplier measured data and provide mean-shift and new tolerance information based on statistical process capabilities.
• Provided mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

• Digital build-up of entire vehicle structure based on data from drawings and process flow charts.
• Resolved form/fit/function design issues early in the design process including clearance and interference analysis capabilities.
• Managed no-build issues by effectively coordinating with CFT members.
• Managed Fit and Finish specifications are met in the entire vehicle (interior and exterior).
