- As project manager :- Tendering, Negotiations, contract management for International and Indian Suppliers including preparation of supporting documents for arbitrations in coordination with Legal department.
- Planning of civil and utility readiness of the equipments in coordination with concerned department.
- Planning the shipments and logistics in coordination with concerned department.
- Layout procedures for acceptance of the equipments.
- Setting up of Passive safety facilities which includes crash testing, pedestrian and occupant safety testing and airbag deployment testing.
- Preparation of the site as per the suppliers requirements by interacting with Equipment suppliers, Civil contractors and Utilities contractors.
- Creating SOPs, manage day to day Operations, interacting with suppliers and customers for weekly, Monthly and yearly status update.
- Completed the project of Auto recycling, a initiative funded by the GOI which is a stepping stone for the incorporation of the automobile recycling in India.
