Responsibilities:

• Working on an internal portal used by designers, focusing on optimizing their workflow and user experience for creating designs with a fewer number of tools.
• Developed a streamlined UI within our portal to facilitate bulk downloads, improving efficiency, and user convenience.
• Leveraged Axios to seamlessly integrate RESTful web services, ensuring robust communication between our frontend and backend systems.
• Implemented the feature flags, allowing for controlled rollouts of new functionalities, and ensuring smoother transitions for ongoing developments.
• Proactively resolved security vulnerabilities highlighted by Synk, supporting the portal's defenses, and ensuring a safe user environment.
• Identified and resolved bugs across the application, contributing to a stable, reliable user experience.
• Actively contributed to achieving and sustaining 98% test coverage.

Role: JavaScript developer.

Worked on an upload flow built using vanilla JS in a live e-commerce web application that uses a micro-frontend architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshot and resolved high-priority production issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Implemented UI/UX improvements, enhancing user experience, and streamlining the upload flow for better user engagement.
• Integrated third-party APIs, enabling efficient data exchange, and ensuring smooth backend connectivity with the e-commerce platform.
• Implemented end-to-end integration of a social media source within the upload flow, ensuring smooth functionality, and proper data synchronization.
• Collaborated closely with UX and UI designers to ensure the best possible user experience while developing React applications.

Project: RANHOP (Hand Over Pack) Tool Application.

Role: React JS Developer.

The web application that is being used by the subcontractors of an Australian telecommunications company is contributing to key features.

Responsibilities:

• Translated designs and wireframes into high-quality code, and wrote application interface code using JavaScript, following ReactJS workflows.
• Troubleshot software and debugged application codes to improve functionality and performance by 50%.
• Involved in writing application-level code to interact with APIs, RESTful web services, using Axios.
• Worked closely with other team members to identify and remove software bugs.
• Conferred with project managers to gather information regarding limitations or capabilities.
• Provided weekly, detailed project reports to keep the manager informed on milestones and updates.

Project: Bank of America

Role: Developer.

An internal chatbot that is being used by the FAs and CAs for two different channels in the banking sector to resolve various banking queries and display the related content on the UI.

Responsibilities:

• Worked on fine-tuning the data sets based on the business requirements, analyzed the data efficiently, and pushed the changes into the database with which the model will be trained.
• I tested the data with which the model is trained, and I also fixed the bugs that came in for smooth model prediction.
• Cleaned up the unwanted synonyms of the ontology class.
• Worked in a team to develop a web application for tracking the data sent from the business, maintaining the ontology, and the status of the assignments and approvals using the React JS library, along with the third-party library Axios to integrate the APIs in the application.
