•Conducting detailed credit analysis preceding the granting of a loan, based on

credit information furnished by the borrower, verifying the borrower's credit

history and the evaluation of the borrower's credit needs and Ability to Pay.

•Analyzing the applications, regarding the financial position of an individual or

company using various ratio analysis and overall profile to decide the credit

worthiness and fixing the credit limits to be made available to them.

•Responsible for Sanction and Disbursement of mortgage loans to individuals,

firms and companies in accordance with the Bank's policy and ensuring the

security offered by the client is free &marketable and acceptable by the bank.

•Verifying the Authenticity of the documents submitted by an individual through

fraud control agencies of the bank to control the deliberate misrepresentation by

the client.

•Determining the legality and value of the property assessed by the empanelled

lawyers and engineers of the Bank for Property valuation Perspective.

•Handling the assessment of Legal and technical feasibility of the property being

funded and mortgaged.

•Coordinating between technical, legal and other agencies to ensure smooth

process flow and deliver the credit assessment targets within the required

turnaround ti
