• Gathered and analyzed business requirements from the client
• Designed and configured D365 modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank Management
• Managed data migration, including mapping source fields and importing the Chart of Accounts
• Configured and customized the Manage Licensee and Manage Licensor modules
• Provided documentation for business requirements and user support
• Collaborated with technical consultants to ensure system alignment with business needs
• Assisted with unit testing and prepared user training manuals

Project #2: Ramon Aboitiz Family Office (RAFO) (Philippines)

• Gathered and analyzed business requirements for the new system implementation
• Designed and configured D365 modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets
• Managed the creation of 23 legal entities and configured them within the system
• Imported Chart of Accounts (COA) and configured account structures and dimension restrictions per legal entity
• Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documented user manuals
• Played an active role in the on-site Go-Live process
