  • Drove a VP-level goal of reducing Amazon-funded concessions for core A-to-Z Guarantee Claims by $12.5 million in 2024, from an operations perspective. Six tech and one non-tech idea were submitted to the Policy and Product teams, which have an annual impact of $16.6 million. Moving in 2025, driving a concessions reduction goal of $4 million, and are green to the goal at $3.1 million currently.
  • Improved HYD A-to-Z Guarantee claims decision quality from 96.62% to 98.02% in 2024 and 98.30% in 2025, meeting the target of 98%, and reduced overall escalations by 20% by initiating a defect reduction program, escalation management and prevention, and calibration among Ops, audit teams, product, and policy stakeholders.
  • Drove productivity improvement for WW sites, which led to an improvement in the average handle time on claims by 7.2%.
  • Launched two automation rules by coordinating with relevant business and policy stakeholders, which helped in a bad debt saving of $187K and $193K annually.
  • Worked with LXD and the learner performance team in launching 12 self-training modules, thereby eliminating a dedicated trainer-led training or upskilling program for investigators, which helped Ops upskill 328 HC’s across different Photon stores.
  • Worked with the Product, Policy, and Retro-charge team to launch retro-charge (recharge) remediation in claims for FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders, with an annual saving of $440K. Simultaneously, we are working on automating retrocharges on A-to-Z guarantee claims, projected to save over $4 million annually.

  • Drove the Repeat Contact Management (RCM) initiative, which helped identify and address the root causes of multiple follow-ups in A-Z Claims. This initiative led to the addition of 10 new blurbs, and a 24% reduction in the follow-up rate.
  • Identified and deep-dived into a specific set of suspicious buyer accounts, and after determining a trend across different attributes and following up with teams outside of claims, successfully closed 460 buyer accounts, receiving appreciation from Sr. Managers across multiple functions. Similarly, we highlighted approximately 100 seller accounts that have been successfully enforced to date, with an overall saving of approximately $600,000.
  • As a part of the OTC team, which specializes in abuse detection and prevention on both the buyer and seller sides, I suggested and followed up on different initiatives and process improvement ideas, with 26 process improvement initiatives implemented.
  • Participated in the OTC Ramp Process Optimization KAIZEN, which aimed to improve the current ramp process for new hires being trained on OTC by enhancing the current duration and quality of the ramp process. Successfully reduced the ramp duration by six days after a successful launch and testing on a pilot batch.
