• Translate business needs- A major responsibility is to work with project stakeholders to translate their requirements into something that developers can understand as well as to translate the resulting questions that the developers have into something the stakeholders can understand.

Description: I was tasked with a responsibility to get rid of all the outstanding incidents (bugs) within the next 2 years and furnish the PCR (product change request) to the leadership. I was able to fulfill this role with flying color and well within the timelines, I was pronounced for my troubleshooting skills and I suggested many enhancement which improved the quality of the code as well.

Project Description:

Correx sends pnrs over to PTA based on the A# trigger and only if the pnr has passed QC. PTA picks up the pnr and sends back to Correx once approved. With DTR, DTR will be the intermediary to send and receive pnrs from the PTA Tool. Since DTR pick up pnrs upon end transaction, to avoid DTR sending the pnr prematurely i.e. before QC, to PTA and to prevent simultaneous changes, looping, etc., we need to have HOLD remarks added to the pnr. The HOLD trigger will prevent DTR sending to PTA until Correx adds an OFF-HOLD trigger to prompt DTR to send to PTA.
