Change Request :

1. Change of customer lines to Toll free number - As per the business requirement from SAMA to replace all charged numbers to “9200 to 800” toll free number (Web Application).

2. Share point – Staff reimbursement request approval - Aim of this project is to build automated reimbursement request system and automate the manual activity, as currently all the staff claims are being processed by filling a reimbursement form manually and approval workflow is done by email.(Web Application Testing).
