Eco-Friendly Air Conditioning Upgraded without impact on operations maintenance. Installed 2 x 11 TR ductable AC units, improved energy efficiency, and air quality; it's an eco-friendly solution for a reduced carbon footprint

Enhancing our facility's climate control, we've retrofitted 18 cassette AC units (4 TR each), promoting energy savings, streamlined maintenance, and improved air quality, without impacting existing facilities 2 Days, Water overflow alarm installed.
Implemented and installed a cooling tower overflow alarm system to optimize water usage and minimize wastage.
31 Days, Exhaust Blower Installation.
Ventilation System Enhancement is carried out without impact on daily operations. Enhances fume hood ventilation system. Improves air quality and safety. Boosts laboratory efficiency.
4 Weeks, Enhancement of chiller efficiency view of condenser approach.
Enhanced chiller efficiency without impact on operation and maintenance. Spearheaded a project to enhance system efficiency by addressing scale and fouling deposits inside condenser tubes, leading to the installation of 3 skids for the Automatic Tube Cleansing System (ATCS). Achieved a monthly power savings of 5000 kWh as a result of the project, contributing to energy conservation.
