  • Managing end to end business for Marine Fuel products (HSFO, VLSFO, MGO) on back to back trading and cargo trades on CIF inco terms 2020 including the physical infrastructure development i.e. storage terminals, placement of barges, chartering of vessels for cargo trades, development of pipeline operation.
  • Volume being handled : 0.7 MMTPA back to bac trades, 0.3 MMTPA cargo trades. Responsible for overall P&L for the business. Turnover : 1500 + Million USD.
  • Additionally looking after Industrial Gas Oil sales profile across PAN India , handling team of 18 regional office with 100+ employees. Volume - 1.5 MMTPA.
  • Establishing and managing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans and dealing with the Refineries for procurement of the product in line with the market demands.
  • Streamlined costs through proactive examination and improvement of operations - Optimization of terminal operations, Vessel scheduling , Blending of cargos.
  • Developed and implemented successful strategies for building company sales.- Starting business in high margin geographies, placement of HSFO product for scrubber fitted vessels etc.
  • Setting and monitoring annual budgets for departments and entire business.
  • Have developed strong relationship with major fortune 500 corporate companies and earned a expert name in Industry.
