  • Managed and oversaw the HDFC Parivartan CSR project in four districts of Chhattisgarh, this included strategizing, planning, and execution of project activities to enhance livelihood opportunities for rural women through cluster development model and through inception of women led FPCs. Proactively engaged in innovative ideas to scale up intervention activities.
  • Working with the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission (CGSRLM) as a District Coordinator for eight Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Parks (RIPA) of Bilaspur.
  • Provided essential technical support to 29 micro-enterprises within the RIPA framework. This encompassed conducting market research, preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR), managing product branding and packaging, and facilitating resource management and capacity building for SHG’s and individual entrepreneurs. These efforts led to a remarkable turnover of 1.09 Crores in just four months.
  • Preparation of comprehensive project documents including MPRs, QPRs, presentations and other tailored reports to provide valuable project insights to the project team and leadership.
  • Spearheaded the drafting of a policy document that addressed critical challenges faced by FPCs in marketing agricultural commodities in the State. This document served as a central discussion point during the State's Rural Livelihood Summit.
