Primarily this role demanded to be the bridge for Content development team, digital marketing team and IT team. Capturing the marketing requirements and translating them to the IT teams for CMS customizations and being part of the content lifecycles and marketecture was the essence of the role. Improve User Experience & Site Search Capabilities

• Introduce robust, three-tier navigation with logical taxonomy giving users direct access to content
• Continue building the solution content rewrite project, ensuring that the site maintains consistency, accessibility, and UX on a global level
• Partner with JCI IT to implement and test and correct functionality of XML sitemaps, making Sensormatic content more searchable
• Continue to consult with IT teams to improve site search and responsiveness to increase page views by 5% from 1.86 to 1.95 pages per session
• Collect and evaluate feedback generated from HotJar on Site Search to capture the Voice of the Customer

Continuous learning, Ideation, Exploration and Experimentation in QA, Analytics and Applying Machine learning concepts to Website Improvements

• Explore more about Automation of Regression Testing frameworks which is AI and ML driven. Target to automate 80 to 90% of User stories of Sensormatic site & Set up dedicated system for exclusive use in testing all forms every day and Increase day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that all pages and sections of our website are thoroughly tested before release
• Coach the team on latest trends of Testing and QA, including training on Selenium, Exploratory Testing, Appium and others
• Automate testing of newly released pages using LinkedIn Inspector to ensure preview images and meta text are captured
• Experiment on the existing Sentiment Analysis framework

Technical Responsibilities & Role Involvement
