- Led a team of Six engineers, Four senior engineers, and Two principal engineers, guiding their career growth and development across various technical and functional aspects of the system. Regularly collaborated with multiple Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to understand and address their requirements.
- Led the management and design review of a project focused on integrating our system with a dropship platform and making it abstract in a way that we can seamlessly onboard other dropship platforms(RITHUM and MODERN DROPSHIP), streamlining inventory ingestion, order placement, shipment tracking, and returns processing to drive customer acquisition along with inventory monetization.
- Oversaw team efforts to automate the process of onboarding Branded affiliate in our system and successfully managed tasks such as product catalogs management, creation of marketing email content, and implementation of help & support services.
