Responsibility:

• Prepare, review, and analyze instrument engineering deliverables such as GA drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, cable schedules, interconnection diagrams, cable tray layouts, hookup drawings, and MCT sizing.
• Generate technical documents including method statements, termination drawings, bills of materials, junction box schedules, and specifications.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of instrumentation systems and components.
• Prepare qualification documents, deviations, and exemption lists in accordance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate instrumentation systems within the overall project design and scope.
• Prepare shop and as-built drawings, ensuring proper documentation and client approvals.
• Select and specify instrumentation equipment, materials, and installation methods.
• Identify and manage scope variations, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors on technical aspects.
• Supervise construction and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with design and quality requirements.
• Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and establish field testing and inspection procedures for instrumentation works.
• Ensure adherence to relevant local and international standards and codes for onshore and offshore projects.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of draftsmen, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
• Perform quantity surveying for all executed works.

Responsibility:

•Design and development of engineering project pertaining to C&I design through concept, FEED, Basic Engineering to Detail engineering.
• Preparation of conceptual and detail design packages, including feasibility, design development, and concept evaluation.
• Technical and team leadership.
• Development of control system specification, its system architecture
• Development of Control and Protection philosophy of plant.
• Production of input/output list, instrument list, instrument data sheets, and functional specifications, their assessment and justification.
• Equipment/Instrument selection and procurement, identification of all safety (nuclear and operational) requirements.
• Production of vendor packages, coordination with manufacturer/contractor, review of vendor drawings/documents.
• Liaising with all stakeholders and responsible for all technical issues related to their area of specialization; Co-ordination with other discipline specialists where areas interface or overlap exist.
• Preparation of instrument specifications, loop diagrams and cabling schematics, schedules and location layouts

Responsibility:

• Prepare all instrument engineering deliverables such as design basis specifications data sheets instrument indexes IO schedules logic diagrams cable JB schedules cable layout instrument installation process pneumatic hook up interconnection diagram loop diagram wiring diagram and similar documents
• According to the design plan and task requirements arrange individual job planning collect design data and references apply practical experience and research compare options and conduct technical proposals and necessary economic analysis
• Use relevant standards specifications and design requirements apply basic information and design data correctly select proper calculation methods formulas and computer programs to prepare design calculations Prepare documents according to company requirements
• Update documents based on comments from the Senior Instrument Engineer or Lead Instrument Engineer
• Coordinate with relevant disciplines review and respond to internal or external design inputs with the lead engineer

  Design of Basic Engineering of 6HRSG, 2 Auxiliary boilers including the failsafe system for
  BMS, BPS and 8 Desalination Units for 2000MW Combined Cycle power plant using Siemens
  SPPAT3000 DCS.

  Review & comment on imported function plans from TXP to T3000.

Field Instrumentation Maintenance

• Carry out daily inspection, calibration, and preventive maintenance of pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, MOVs,solenoid valves.
• Perform loop checking, signal verification, and ensure correct field-to-PLC communication.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new instruments or modifications as per engineering requirements.

Operational Support

• Respond to field alarms, equipment failures, and instrumentation faults.
• Support production operators to ensure smooth and safe operations of the well pads.
• Coordinate with the other departmnet disciplinary for logic issues, tag discrepancies, or abnormal readings.
• Report deviations in process parameters that may affect production or safety.
• Document all field activities, calibration reports, and instrument history.
