Roles & Responsibilities :

• Engage with Business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Epics,Features,User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Create detailed mock ups for new capabilities and features to support development and design efforts.
• Act as the first point of contact for any clarifications regarding requirement and Functionality.
• Work closely with Developers,Architect to ensure a through understanding of the requirements and to clarify any functional queries.
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies - Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Retrospective,Sprint Review sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to refine, maintain,prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure that all user stories meet the Defination of Ready (DOR) before being accepted into a sprint.
• Performing UAT,SIT testing to review the functionalities.
• Conduct Demos with Stakeholders to walkthrough functionalities or change to get the feedback post implementation.

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Worked as a Business Analyst for Regulatory reporting Project in APAC region (Malaysia, Philippines,Bangladesh,Srilanka).
• Requirement elicitation and analysis for automation of Regulatory reports like Balance Sheet,income statement,Cash flow statements,Loan monitoring reports etc.
• Organize and Facilitate Requirement gathering sessions across multiple teams.
• Break down product vision into Epic/Features and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Following the scrum ceremonies ( The sprint,Sprint Planning,Daily Scrum,Sprint review and sprint Retrospectives) in the Scrum Agile Framework.
• Acting as a Liaison between delivery teams and managing Stakeholder expectations.
• Involved in all SDLC phases - Requirement Gathering,Analysis, Development, UAT Testing, Release.

• Finaxar is a Singapore based FinTech Startup driven by advanced technology platform to cater the Working Capital requirements of Small and Medium Businesses (SME).
• Finaxar has different products such as Finaxar Credit line ( FCL), Finaxar Receivable Financing, FLEX PLUS - Corporate Card for SME's, Finaxar Pay - Buy now Pay later (BNPL).
• Roles & Responsibilities :
• Responsible for assistance to Product team for maintaining product backlog and prioritization..
• Assisting Data,Product and IT team on formulating credit policies and automation of Lending framework for different products such as Credit line facility for Corporate Card Flex PLUS, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL).
• Performing detailed Quantitative and Qualitative Credit Analysis using other alternative data to assess the creditworthiness of the borrower.
• Organize and Facilitate Requirement gathering sessions across multiple teams.
• Lead multiple credit functions within the credit-operations i.e data entry, KYC and other compliance checks, documents storage and sharing, bureau reports extraction, sanction conditions, documents and process checklists adherence.
• Design and Provide Early warning signals mechanism for Portfolio monitoring to mitigate bad debt ensuring healthy portfolio.

• Client : American Express Bank (AMEX)
• Roles and Responsibilities :
• Credit Risk Underwriting for American Express Bank in Merchant Financing cash advance product for commercial or business utilization.
• Evaluating Credit Rating Metrics and analyzing financial covenants, business profitability, margins,liquidity, debt test ratio etc.
• Prepare Financial spreads, cash flow models/forecasts analysis.
• Analyzing Experian credit bureau report by looking into FICO scores, past dues, delinquencies,derogs,real estate balances, revolving balances etc and running it through excel modeling.
• Using tools like Lexis Nexis and DnB to evaluate legal liabilities & risks related to businesses and individuals by looking into UCCs, Lawsuits, Liens, Judgement and Bankcruptcies etc.
• Preparation of Credit Rating notes and summarizing entire risk analysis on the basis of strengths and weaknesses for easy reference to help quick decision making.

• Client : US based Asset management company which provides Analytical solutions to top 50 Hedge funds,Institutional investors,Sovereign wealth funds.
• Client Management : Client Communication with Monthly And Quarterly Performance.
• Analyzing Fund Performance, Attribution and Risk Report to Extract meaningful Insights to take effective Decisions.
