• Interact with Business stakeholders , Underwriters and Product owner and take down Business Requirments and prepare BRD and FRD document.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications, create user stories in JIRA and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with the Development and Testing teams with detailed client specifications.
• Conducted UAT for mortgage products as a Business Analyst, ensuring developed product met client requirements and specifications.
• Communicate all updates to stakeholdes and ensure smooth rollout.

• · Working as Busines Process Lead for Morgan Stanley Bank.
• · Helping client with closing their Mortgage Loans by calling Insurance companies.
• · Assisting Underwriters in Gathering all required documents in order to progress the Loan towards closing.
• · Proactively identify potential problem and improvement opportunities through analysis.
• · Preparing various reports like MOM, weekly metrics and monthly business reports.
• · Generate process related reports for higher management and send it on a daily basis.
• · Point of reference for escalations to/from client counter parts and responsible for resolving them for process level issues.

• Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
• Documenting API test results and communicating the findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Test and duplicate issues reported by customers in test environments to enable development team to understand the issue faster.
• Conducting requirements analysis and creating test plans, scenarios, cases, and data.
• Identifying and debugging issues, and performing front-end testing of website applications.
• Executed manual testing processes for new software releases, identifying bugs and reporting issues through JIRA.
• Adapted to agile and waterfall methodologies, aligning testing strategies with project management approaches.
• Performed regression testing on new software releases to ensure existing functionality remained unaffected by changes.
• Conducted comprehensive software testing, including functional, regression, and performance tests, to identify bugs and issues for resolution.

• To assist the engineers in tracking the wireline telephone line.
• To progress the jobs and activities for field and exchange engineers.
• Consolidating the engineer needs based on the requirements.
• Maintaining current details of engineer in the database for future references.
