Validate the accuracy of data of Fixed Income instruments received from various sources and ensure that this information is stored in Refinitiv databases and is accurately reflected on products
Monitor and research Fixed Income market events to anticipate changes and ensure a deep understanding of the markets and business events
To plan and fulfill data enhancements and quality improvement project activities
Frequently run automated/semi-automated checks to maintain high-quality content
Ensure the quality and time-efficient production of financial information to Refinitiv products
Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients and provide support to stakeholders
To provide Root Cause Analysis for Data Corrected Cases and identify robust solutions
Coach and train analysts on database, procedures & products and Ensure MOWs are documented and maintained
Coordinate and Delegate work as per team requirements
Proactively research and identify New Issue sources (or) ways to improve coverage of the same
Identify opportunities for Efficiencies that can streamline the existing processes
Contributed towards several priority cleanses for SBQ, JPM, Blackrock and MSCI client requests
Meeting quality metrics with regards to timely updates, research quality & resolution, and ensuring zero follow-ups to query
Contribution to Global Fixed Income Procedure Calls, QC Group and Analysts Forums
