My current role responsibilities:

• Tracking and analyzing monthly variances at the legal entity level.
• Preparing month-end reports for management.
• Prepared and presented financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Act as the Audit Liaison.
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations.

In my previous role, I was responsible for looking after three EMEA markets: Italy, France, and the Netherlands. Responsibilities:

• To perform general ledger validation to ensure correct reporting to P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Monthly clearance of bank payments and receipts (related to salaries and benefits).
• Monthly preparation of 150+ reconciliations related to various components of salaries and benefits.
• Monthly bank reconciliations in IRIS.
• To provide support for the interim and statutory audit for the respective market.
• To sustain the DR values in the 1-90 day bucket below the threshold of $5 million.
• Helped in providing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance support without deficiencies.
• Performing a trial balance review to identify unusual movements in the balance sheet and P&L accounts.
