- As a product supply manager, I have handled multiple roles and responsibilities throughout my journey at P&G.
- Initially I Handled three roles – FGDO, Customization and West Physical Distribution as West PD Leader where I took complete ownership of entire operational responsibilities of West India DCs/depots. Also took 100% ownership of India Customization and FGDO (scrapping of waste materials).
- Delivered finished goods from plant to customers at the lowest cost and in time with zero outrage on safety, quality, and DC operations.
- Achieved 0.5 $MM of cash reduction by FGDO and Rework of materials.
- Handled a team of 30+ members with leadership and people management skills where 3PL teams of West DCs/depots directly reported to me.
- Developed KPI tracking to effectively implement in DCs for better and quicker operations while improving cost savings, productivity, and throughput with no compromise in safety.
- Initiated monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget forecasting and financial analysis by coordinating with finance team.
- Optimized warehouse operations by implementing cost savings projects at DCs and Depots for better and faster operations.
- Responsible for delivering 7% cost savings Y-o-Y through Vehicle fill improvement, Warehouse operations, RCCP, inventory management and effort saving.

- Handled multiple projects worth nearly >1 crore by taking complete ownership of projects such as Paper-X implementation for sustainability, Zoning and slotting of warehouses for better visualization and quicker loading and unloading of trucks, implemented digitized scorecard across AMA region for weekly, monthly and yearly updates on quality, safety and operations.
- Initiated and lead projects such as DMS digitization, shelf-life prediction of materials, RPA and AI usage in supply chain such as service now, blueprism etc.
- Developed sustainability projects by initiating paperless invoice and e-way bills across India by coordinating with finance, transportation and legal team.
- Benchmarked current manual processes in India with global sites as well as with other FMCG companies to implement new ideas and obtain cost savings.
