Initially was working with monitoring team providing vigilant eye on all the system related alerts including working in 24x7 shifts (Monitoring windows server 2008/2012 R2/2016/2019 & Linux RedHat/SUSE/CentOS) Later was promoted to the cloud operations team where I used to work on priority incidents (P1/P2) and provide immediate support to clients suggesting solutions to remediate issues within the SLA. Currently as my inclination grow towards Cloud environment & Linux Systems (SUSE) so I was given opportunity to work solely on build of Linux systems while managing them from Azure end including monitoring, patching and all operational issues on both Windows and Linux Systems.
