  • 60 lakh (one time) after modification in Oil filter unit.(modification of pump and pipe line design)
  • Condenser coil replacement of 218TR chiiller , performance improved from 1.58 ikw/TR to 0.8 iKW/TR ( 54 Lakh / Year)
