Challenges: Zero-downtime requirement meant completing massive migration over Thanksgiving weekend.
Role: Coordinated migration of about 100 application, web, and database servers with Data Migration Specialist, Application, and Support teams.
Results: Reduced risk by migrating to highly resilient facilities with low natural and man-made risk exposure.

Project Objective: Data center migration from Gatehall New Jersey USA to Clifton New Jersey USA

Outcome: The Purpose is to plan, manage, co-ordinate and execute the migration of client applications and their Infrastructure CI's from CMO platforms and locations, Infrastructure services and into Strategic hosting locations.
