• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations of spares, machineries and consumables, including sourcing and developing new suppliers, preparing costing and submitting international offers, negotiating contracts, processing purchase orders, and overseeing logistics for export to Bangladesh and other countries, resulting in increased sales of spares in FY19-20 - USD 0.02 Million to 2 Million in FY 21-22 and ending FY 22-23 with executing USD 1 Million value of spares orders with average order size of USD 6000 and subsequently focused more on cost savings to the overall group's procurement expenditure by developing alternative vendors and increase in margin with some of the developed item being sold at 50% Margin.
• Assisting in customer development and provided leads for new customer acquisition for a business dealing in raw materials such as sponge iron, ramming mass, MS plate, Wire rods, ferro alloys, cast iron scrap (Import) ect.
• Researched and provided pricing information,Product Information and feasibility studies by assisting the corporate strategy project team as required for a business dealing in various new products which we plan to manufacture in Bangladesh.

• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members for the all the item that company was exporting from India.
• Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations by learning Inspections of Raw Material, Steel Making routes, Technical Clarifications for many products which were required by company's steel plant.

Understood the different business function of Logistics, Project Management, Costing, Sales, Procurement and After-Sales divisions

Worked with project manager to track the deliverables and along with team did the costing for automation parts in 5 projects from our clients JSW ltd, Bhilai Steel and JSPL

Preparing the documents of outgoing sales shipment and to evaluate & update the incoterms in their ERP System
