They use various tools and methods, such as call recordings, surveys, audits, and feedback, to identify strengths and weaknesses, and to recommend improvements and solutions.

• Provide structured feedback, counseling and guidance for executives.
• Conduct refresher on new product launch.
• Conduct mock calls in several NHT Batches
• Prepare feedback adherence report on daily basis.
• Prepare Quality Dashboard both Internal as well External.
• Team hadlling on floor and with process
• Monthly reviews with team and their associates
• Weekly reviews with team and their parameters weekly wise trends check
• Team dashboard preparation and presentation for internal and external audits
• Provide structured feedback, counseling and guidance for executives.
