Supporting the Consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment with the objective of providing high quality and value adding consulting solutions to the customers.

• Project 1 - CMA CGM ( French Shipping and Logistics company)

1) Worked with CMA CGM for 8 months to deliver the required business deliverables.

2) Part of CAU(Capacity, Allocation and Utilization) team and acting as a liaison between technical team and end user to provide best solution to client.

3) Understood client requirements, drafted various documents like FSD, PSS on functional part for delivering the solutions/fixes, tested the changes in different environments like Dev, Quality etc.

• Project 2 - PepsiCo

1) Currently working with PepsiCo for Bulk Export orders E2E process redesign

2) Direct involvement in the delivery process supporting with TM parts for solutioning ( Drafting FSD document)

3) Currently in PepsiCo Europe they have bulk order process where multiple items will be delivered on a different delivery date in the same sales order depending upon availability of an inventory

• Defining Problem with Secondary research on Bajaj Finserv existing assets traffic using various tools like Google Data Analytics, PowerBi, Branch.Io & Clevertap.
• Find Root causes of the issues/problems and create Project Roadmap as part of Strategic planning.
• The Problem Resolution with possible alternative solutions was proposed which yielded difference in traffic as part of brand awareness and traffic augmentation in Branding. (25x traffic increase in a month)
