· Lead relationship management with vendor partners and actualized BOP cost parameters to enable cost optimization as per PFS Cost targets.
· Responsible for timely & efficient capex buying related to tools & dies, jigs & fixture & assy line & ensure the budget cost control.
· Evaluate the cost corrections, ECN Cost Impact, VA/VE cost saving idea with internal & external stakeholder as per the budgeted price and take approval from corporate for the implementation.
· Generation of MIS for management to review.
· Annual Budget Exercise for Material along Long Terms Planning as per Standard Checklist.
· Identifying and Implementing Cost Saving Ideas through Alternate Sourcing, Negotiation and VA-VE.
· New Vendor Identification and Evaluation for on-boarding in system as per pre-defined SOP’s.
· Maintaining optimum vendor list in line with Group norms through buying consolidation and vendor rationalisation.
