Smart Invoice Pro - Airtel Africa
SIP is an invoice rendering platform producing documents in varied formats.
- Rolled out SIP across 14 countries covering postpaid and enterprise services.
- Common framework across all the countries resulted in huge $ savings for customer.

GCI - Digital Transformation Projects
GCI is Alaskan based Telecom providing Quad Play services across the region.
- Initiate, develop and drive project plans for GCI Digital Transformation across the organization.
- Design, prepare and facilitate results-oriented alignment meetings against key milestones which includes Rural Broadband Service
transformation, E2E settlement automation for Wholesale business, Developed Robust invoice viewer platform and enabled Rewards functionality based on customer spending pattern.

GCI - Polaris Transformation
Polaris transformation was aimed to migrate multiple application stack which were catering to wireless, fixed & enterprise services into
single netcracker stack
- Involved in Migrating two instances of Kenan Billing systems to Netcracker Billing system on all LOB's.
- Transformation completed with the efficiency rate of 99.9%

Telstra Clear (Vodafone), New Zealand - Work point Interface
Telstra Clear (Now Vodafone New Zealand) offers Triple Play services across the country.
- Involved in upgrade of two instances of Arbor Billing system to Kenan FX Billing system on all LOB's. Transformation completed with the
efficiency rate of 99.5%
- Responsible for transforming all the integrations from legacy scripts to API's.
- Managed Database migration from Sybase to MYSQL
- Designing new work point for automating the manual provisioning process which involved integrating billing with Clarify (CRM) and TIBCO system (Switch)
