Responsibilities:

  • Support third Party Seller journey with Walmart, provide them resolution and fix with issues sellers are facing on fulfilling their business
  • Worked on various middleware tools like Atom, Postman, Gscope, Grafana, Splunk etc. for issue analysis and monitoring purpose

  • Worked as a Production Application Support Engineer in Barclays Investment Banking project at Tata Consultancy Services from Jul 2019 till date.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • I have worked my 3 years of TCS in the project BARCLAYS for the team Data Settlements and Data Confirmations which is handling around 40+ client facing major applications.
  • I have played key SME role on several applications in the team (OMD, Trident, NIX, Bcheck, Tax Utility, Confirms Data Hub, etc., )
  • Server Maintenance, Debugging the logs and monitoring the trade flow using monitoring tools.
  • PPOC for extracting enormous data in the range of 5-10 Million records for various complex regulatory requirements from Business using MSSQL DB.
  • Resolving critical system alerts and issues raised by the users or clients as per Incident Management.
  • Monitoring data flows between the systems (upstream & downstream applications) through MQ/Solace & SFTP as a part of batch support.
  • Raise Incident / Problem Record / Change Requests through Service Now/ service first to track record and resolve application, server issues and user queries within the deliverable SLAs.
  • Preparing application related process documents such as KnownError Database (KEDB) and updating the same in Confluence for efficient application understanding for experienced as well as Trainees in the team.
  • Participate & Co-ordinate as PPOC in various servers & application functionality and DCR Test.
  • Had performed batch monitoring for feeds obtained from various upstream for reporting application, storing various data from all bank and organized in universes.
  • Was PPOC to enable TSM backup for various servers as per Barclay’s standards by coordinating with storage team and BICERT team.
  • Raised CR's and coordinated with Storage team to retrieve older data from tapes to provide the requested reports for Users from backend as we have a retention period of 30/60 days in UI.
  • Attended KPMG Audit calls to showcase capability of our application in completeness, accuracy, exception handling and application code logic.
  • PPOC to book application servers for weekend patching and restart the services once patching was completed so that the application is available to Users on the coming working days to perform their weekly activities without any Issues.
  • Had taken ownership of tracing/creating/updating SLA breach incidents with the essential details like executive summary, Impact, related upstream Incidents, updating the problem records and sending Communications to the stake holders as per incident management process.
