o Drive the reward and recognition agenda across shop floor. Enhance the appreciation tool through customized programs across the departments.
o Developing, communicating and administering competitive rewards strategies, engagement programs and more.
o Responsible for campus hiring.
o Acting as brigade between colleges and management.
o Responsible for scheduling interviews and coordinating them
o Responsible for data management.
Recruitment & Selection:
o Responsible for sourcing of profiles and suggesting & executing Recruiting Plans to meet the hiring requirements.
o Coordinated with the HOD’s and understanding their requirements, defining job positions, sourcing, screening and shortlisting of profiles through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
o Coordinated the team to focus on improving hiring process to meet present & future goals set by the organization.
o Facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruiting process.
o Supported in the End-to-End Campus hiring Process.
o Supported for the Background Verification of Onboarding Candidates.
Total Quality Management:
o Coordinating Company’s TQM Practices
o Supporting Teams for Quality Circle Competitions held at QCFI, CII, ABK-AOTS etc.
o Supporting TQM activities to improve productivity of line by involving all the employees.
o Getting the details of participants and their quality activities in Kaizens, OPL’s, Suggestions.

Welfare & Employee Engagement Activities:
o Encouraging in Provision of Female Welfare Amenities like Hygienic work area, Adequate Toilet Facilities, Rest Rooms etc.
o To suggest measures which will serve to raise the standard of living of the female workers and in general promote their well-being.
o Organizing Festival Celebrations, Company’s internal events, games etc. for engaging employees.
o Responsible for maintaining and developing the Company’s Monthly E-Newsletter.
