Excellent knowledge about USA requirements in Healthcare and Life Science Recruiting (Contract / Full Time / Contract to hire) analysis and recruitment process.

• Recruitment specialist, experience in End-to-end Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, taking candidate debriefs,s and helping staffing companies with onboarding steps.
• Strong candidates sourcing skills and proficiency in finding profiles/resumes from various job boards, and tools, and using the Boolean strings as well. Also, the industries I have covered are in that time is Healthcare by serving Hospitals & Clinics with the best possible fits.
• Posting jobs on job boards & social media websites to increase the pool of candidates and develop creative ways to attract the right people that would be interested in the opportunity.
• Extensive experience with Job portals (i.e. Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn RPS, Sales Navigator & Premium)
• To maintain all the relevant documents/status/notes of the candidates in ATS/VMS system, so that there are no barriers to onboarding of a candidate.
• Utilize internal database to mass mailmerge candidates and for any new open positions and tracking step by step processes in VMS to make sure everyone can see the current activities with any/all candidates.
• Focusing on active client communication to understand the requirement to look for quality resumes.
• Hands-on at screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the job responsibilities.
