  • Quickly adapted to the fast pace of a start-up environment, and willingly took up new initiatives and challenges earning myself a significant place with the clients and withing the company.
  • Developed my domain knowledge by working with many Insurance and Broking clients across the Middle east region, in all phased of project, right from requirement gathering, User Orientation, UAT, Sign-off and until it goes live to production.
  • Worked with various stakeholders from client side and my management side travelling to onsite & offshore on-need basis, for all phases of project cycle from demo, negotiations, development , testing and delivery, documenting all the agreed items, identifying the gaps in requirement needs and arriving at common ground between the parties involved.
  • Ensured on-time delivery of all the projects I have worked on, with every roll out, in all of the regions considered and have never missed an deadline, as a person responsible to get the work done from Development and QC team in delivering the project.
