• Founded the Aura Platform: Proposed and built Atlassian’s internal AI platform on the Rovo ecosystem, accelerating agentic adoption and hosting 40+ agents across multiple organizations.
• Architected an eval-driven, multi-agent platform, leading the modernization of Aura using A2A, MCP, sub-agents, tools, AG+UX support, Agentic Documentation frameworks, and observability layers, enabling scalable and reliable adoption of complex AI workflows across the company.

Commerce Engineering

• 0→1 Commerce execution: Led a core team of 5 engineers to deliver a Sales Contact Management system spanning 9+ teams, managing 15M+ contacts, and unlocking $11M+ in operational savings.

• Led a team of 5 to deliver a 0→1, high-scale Composites and Stock Performance Attribution system to comply with OCC regulations, unblocking marketability for US and International Private Banking (IPB) accounts.
• Recognized as an early adopter of AWS at JPMorgan, receiving an award from the India CEO. Developed a reusable Java-based AWS library for standardized cloud connectivity and an RUnit framework for specialized testing of R-based statistical code.
• Reduced processing latency from ~3 hours to minutes by re-architecting computation pipelines using map-reduce patterns, multi-threading, optimized SQL, and parallel execution, materially improving reporting SLAs.
