Lead the development of flow based knowledge cum resolution application named KoSH, that keeps track of known issues and it's resolutions in a way that a user from non-technical background can troubleshoot it.
Worked on designing and developing the backend system for file based anomally detection web application named Log-Sense for isolated applications using Flask-Python and pandas which resulted in reducing manual efforts upto 70%.
Worked on developing the backend application in Django-Python for Outlier detection application which looks for problem servers/desktops by analyzing the number of tickets generated per site per resource using IQR method. This resulted in efficient identification and creation of problem tickets.
Created and optimized a Gen-AI based query engine which converts natural language user inputs into machine understandable SQL queries, executes it and returns the result to user in natural language. The optimization resulted in learning time(worst case) being reduced from 14 days to less than 2 hours.

• Introduced methodologies and best practices in service management and to optimize and make code reusable which resulted in reduction in development timelines by 30%.
• Designed , developed & deployed End to End TEM(Tivoli Endpoint Manager) based patching solution for Windows & Linux, using MF OO, which involved integrations with ticketing tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, CASDM.
• Designed an orchestrator independent, powershell & python script based solution and lead a team of 6 which developed & deployed the solution.
• Developed a MF OO & powershell script based solution which focuses on reducing or to some extent removing the manual intervention involved in incident management related to commonly occurring tickets like High Disk Utilization, High CPU & MEM utilization, Service Down, Server Down by polling the ticketing tools, sorting, filtering & picking up the tickets, auto-assigning it to system user, performing the remedial actions on the affected node, re-evaluating the health of the affected and then closing the ticket based once the issue is resolved. This solution resulted in 60% of incident being auto-handled.
• Designed & Developed the Encryption Module & introduced the concept of licensing & protecting company's Intellectual Property(Scripts, Flows) using powershell and python, which doesn't requires third party tool or additional software. This method is now adopted as the coding/development standard in ADC(Automation Development Centre), Capgemini.
• Designed, Developed & Deployed multi-client End to End patching solution using Powershell Scripts & MF OO workflows, in SCCM & IBM BigFix for Windows & Linux systems cutting down manual costs involved to manage the same.
• Designed, Developed & Deployed powershell scripts for AD User & DNS Management MF OO flows for multi-client & distributed environment.
• Lead team to standardize and end to end automate VmLifecycle Management use cases ,i.e., VM Provisioning, decommissioning across multiple customers which involved integrations with different ITSM tools, vcenters using powershell scripts.
• Lead team which was responsible for understanding requirements, design best fit solution, develop POC, perform unit testing and based on outcome, implementing solutions.
