Along with this company's legal work which includes contract drafting/review and dealing with legal issues related to intellectual property rights of new products, updates in business policy modules including corporate- regulatory and compliance issues, insolvency, real estate, capital market , consumer and law amendments research , comparison of different acts, contract drafting, research on legal propositions, updating and comparison of new acts/amendments/bills and training sessions in colleges and law firms on how to use the legal database for research purposes.

Work description includes making compliances for CGST, IGST, and UGST.

Drafting of counter statements, employment agreements, all types of legal notices, preparing briefs for cases along with meticulous research work on Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Negotiable Instrument Act, Banking Regulations, and Other Civil laws

Interned with the Trademark Litigation team and assisted in drafting of counter statements, plaints, evidences, cease and desist notices including research work on different propositions of Trade Mark Law.
