Projects and Responsibilities

1.Bancs Interfaces (Sept 2019-Dec 2020) -

Client- (UniCredit-Capital market)

 The project aims to develop a web based Interface and provide Business Solution where we have to developed Bancs Interface and fixes Interface bugs. My responsibility to developer bancs interfaces and debug those issue.


2. Salesforce Migration Project (Jan 2021-Dec 2021):- T

Client- (TCS Internal project)

The project aims to migrated to Salesforce using Data Loader and developed application to deal with various custom and standard objects including workflow, Service cloud configuration, web to lead, Case management, Profile and Sharing settings. My responsibility to migrated data to salesforce , creating record type and layout, handling various profile.


3.B2BCC Project (Jan 2022-Jan 2023):-

Client - ( B2BCC Project)

 Improved customer care service level for retailers across the world by implementing global B2B Customer Care Platform. My responsibilites to Implementing batches, Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning app builder, and layouts.

 Developing user stories, defect fixes, page layouts, UI customization in LWC.


4.Hotel Membership Project ( March 2023 - Current):

Client - (Marriott's , Radission, Taj)

  The project aims to data setup of Club Marriott, Radission, Gourmat Club Memberships into Salesforce which provides exclusive benefits on dining, stay, spa and more at over 350 participating Marriott hotels and resorts in Asia Pacific.My responsibilities to create automation (flow,Workflow for UI) , profile and sharing rules, Approval process,Web to lead,Email template,alert and setup data setup and Messaging channel and other configuration work.


5.Code Refactoring and Refund Process (Aug 2023 -Dec 2023):

Client -(Marriott's and Orchid )

 My responsibility to conducted comprehensive code reviews to identify opportunities for refactoring and optimization in existing Flows, Approval process,Apex triggers, and Email templates. Documented refactoring processes, rationale, and outcomes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the development team.


6. Production Customer Support and Data Monetization Team Support Work ( March 2023 - Current)-In daily basis,I have responsibilities to handle production data setup , deployments and provide customer support related to Social media channel, lead creating, profile and permission access issue.

7.Roseate project (April 2024-current ) -

Client - (Roseate Hotels) 

My responsibility to do datasetup for roseate using data loader and creating automation as per marketing team content.
