• AI Voice Assistant (Python, ML, AI, NLTK, GTTS, Google speech recognizer, VS code) - Developed an automatic voice assistant using Python, AIML, ML and GTTS that performs action according to voice command. Implemented GTTS to convert text into speech and Google speech recognition to recognize the command and perform accordingly. The AI assistant can track the user's real-time location using IP address and can send email as well using SMTPlib.
• Customer Segmentation (K-Means Clustering, Python, ML, Clustering, Jupyter Notebook) - Designed an ML model for customer segmentation using Python, ML, and Clustering that group customers based on their spending pattern and purchase behavior. Customer Segmentation is an example of Market-Basket analysis that will allow companies an effective way to define and meet their customer needs.
• Customer Retention (Buckets and RFM analysis, Python, SQL, Flask,Google-Colab, Postman) - RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis is a customer segmentation technique that uses past purchase behavior to divide customers into groups. RFM helps divide customers into various categories or clusters to identify customers who are more likely to respond to promotions and also for future personalization services. With the help of RFM analysis, we'll be able to predict if the customer is going to continue using the services or not and how to retain them.
