• Managing Meetings and Events through Service Now ticketing tool, also looking for the travel related requirements, Venue Selection, Registration site and Mobile app building through Cvent tool.
• Monitored and frequently reported on project status to clients and verified projects met client requirements and quality standards.
• Also work for Bussines Intelligent Team (Data Handling - I learnt here Basic SQL) where I need to Analyzed problematic areas while Auditing the Meetings and Escalation work on SNOW tickets to provide recommendations and solutions.

• L1 & L2 support, resolution to live incidents, phone-support & emails originating from Branch/ Onsite RBS staff
• ATM Monitoring - remotely monitoring of the ATM estate on behalf of ATM operations using the Gasper toolset. ATM Database management Live Monitoring: Entire UK & Ireland ATM estate via online Mainframe Platforms CONNEX&GASPER (Ticket Management tool).
• Support onsite engineers via Incoming support calls (high severity) on Implementing ATM installation, network projects-maintained network services, hardware systems and peripheral equipment/devices.
